The string method .toUpperCase() returns a new string with uppercase letters.
It does not change the original string.
const quiet = "welcome";
const loud = quiet.toUpperCase();loud becomes WELCOME. Your exercise uses another message.
Create loudMessage from quietMessage using .toUpperCase(). Keep the original message available alongside the uppercase version.
