When you contact Codington
If you email Codington about a demo or migration, the message, your contact details, and the school or program information you choose to provide are used to answer the request and discuss a possible pilot. Do not include student rosters, grades, or student work in an initial enquiry.
Classroom accounts and school pilots
The Classroom product can store account details, school and course memberships, learning content, exercise progress, repository submission details, feedback, and grades. For an external school pilot, the school and Foggy Media AB will agree the roles, instructions, retention, deletion, security, and subprocessor terms before real student data is uploaded.
Retention and your choices
Initial enquiries are kept only for as long as needed to answer the request and manage the prospective relationship. Pilot and account information follows the applicable customer agreement. Contact Codington to ask what information is held about you or to request correction or deletion where applicable.
